Delivery Policy
Orders placed over weekends, bank holidays and any day after 15.00 GMT will be received on the next working day.
Standard delivery prices vary depending on location of shipping address and choice of shipping. Charges are shown in the checkout.
Standard deliveries are dispatched by Parcel Force, DHL or by Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Typically delivery can be expected within 3 to 7 working days of placing an order. However, this is likely to increase to up to 14 working days during busy periods such as Christmas and New Year or if there is reported difficulties with nationwide shipping. These delays could also apply to items with Express shipping (items that are delivered by the next working day).
In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.
If an item is out of stock we will aim to contact you soon after the order has been placed. We may offer alternative items or inform you of the date that we expect the missing item(s) to be back in stock.
Any items that are currently out of stock will have an availability date located in its product description. Purchasing this item before its delivery date will classify as a pre order and will not be dispatched until the date available. Any orders that contain pre-ordered items will not be dispatched until the pre ordered items are available regardless of the use of express shipping.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Please be aware that customs or import duties will be applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
International Tracking is only applicable if selected during your purchase. If you choose not to request international tracking, C.I.A.T.E Ltd will not be held responsible for any orders failing to be delivered or any orders being damaged in transit. Therefore we cannot provide a refund.
